CampaignSuite pricing is simple and straightforward - and if you sign up today, it’s discounted for life!

Set up of your site, including initial design work, your domain name, account set up, hosting, advice and support is charged at a standard rate of £495.

We then charge a fixed monthly fee of £35, which covers your hosting, domain name renewals, email lists, support, and ongoing help and advice.

We’ve discounted our monthly fee from £45 to £35 for everyone who signs up before 2008 - a discount you can keep forever, saving you £110 a year for life.

This includes:

• No limits web hosting. We know what to expect, so we don’t have to limit your use of disk space or bandwidth.
• No limits support. We’re always here to answer your questions.
• No limits upgrades. If we upgrade the functionality of our service, we’ll upgrade you free of charge.
• 5,000 included email addresses for email communication lists, easily enough for almost all campaigns.

There are no other costs that you will have to pay.

• Special Offer: £25 per month for sign-up before 31st December 2007
• We can split the bill 2 or 3 ways for you if you want to share the cost with your colleagues, or provide a central bill for your association or group
• If you don’t want a web site for every councillor, how about a group web site with a page for every ward?
• If you are a candidate, we will update the web site branding for free when you are elected!

Members of Parliament and Parliamentary Candidates

• Available for British Parliament, Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly and European Parliament sites

Charities and not for profit organisations

• Ideal for community groups, campaign groups, interest groups, parish councils and others

• Slightly higher rate of £85 per month applies so we can continue to support not-for-profit organisations

Extras

There aren’t any really, as everything is included. However, we can provide additional email addresses for mailing lists, or manage online marketing campaigns on your behalf for an extra fee if you wish. We can also set up special email templates or surveys for you (or even manage your campaigns and write your copy), analyse statistics, conduct market research, provide secretarial services, undertake custom development or provide any other expert services you may need for a successful campaign.

Price Protection

We expect our prices to increase when the introductory offer expires. When they do, you’ll keep your discount. Furthermore, if you are standing for election, we will promise not to pass on any price rises for the duration of your campaign - even if that’s a few years away. Just one more way we can help you win.

Exceptional Use Policy

We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of of excessive usage. We have never done this so far, and if we do, we will talk to you about it, not cut you off!

Is there anyone we can’t service?

We set up CampaignSuite because we want to enhance the democratic landscape and support those whose work contributes to our society, which includes voluntary organisations, government and business. We are politically impartial, however we will decline to work for any person or organisation where we feel their actions or comments may promote racism or intolerance.

Note on email list limits

Limits are flexible, and exist to prevent excessive load on our servers and ensure all customers receive excellent service at all times. Email list usage is subject to an ‘acceptable use policy’ which states that you must use your list legally. We do not allow unsolicited email to be sent, even if you have purchased the list from a commercial supplier. In our experience, this causes more problems than it solves! We will be happy to advise on how to build up your email list organically to reach 25% or more of residents in an area.
